Changing eating habits is not the easiest thing to do at any age. With that said, I do believe it becomes easier as we get older. Many may say this is not the case, in fact, it is harder because we are set in our ways. When we age and start to think about the time we have left, I have thought about my health increasingly.
We have the choice and opportunity to put yourself in the best shape financially, emotionally and health wise. For myself, I have made the conscious effort to do everything under my control to be in the best possible shape as I age. This includes not smoking (never have), limit alcohol to a very rare occasion, exercise with functionality in mind and to go to a plant based diet.
